As a registered participant, you’ll receive timely email updates, have the opportunity to share your feedback through comments, and take part in moderated discussions about municipal initiatives. Registration also helps track interactions, ensuring that those who want updates get them and remain well-informed throughout the process.
Personal information, as defined by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), including (but not limited to), names, addresses, contact information, comments, is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, and in accordance with MFIPPA, all other relevant privacy legislation, and the Town's records retention bylaw. Personal information will be used by Town of Aylmer staff to respond to inquiries received, action service requests, and provide status updates.
