The Clerk shall make the voters’ list available to eligible individuals upon written request. S.23(2),(3),(4).
Revisions to the Voters’ List
Individuals may apply to the Clerk’s Office until the close of voting on October 26, 2026, to have their name added to or removed from the voters’ list, or to update their information. Requests may also be made to remove the name of a deceased person. s.24, 25
Voter information letters delivery to Voters in early October 2026.
If your name is on the voters’ list, you will receive a voter information letter by mail in early October 2026. The letter will provide detailed instructions on how to vote during the Voting Period (October 19 to 26).
If you do not receive a voter information letter, you may not be on the voters’ list. Contact the Legislative Services Department to add your name to the list. If you find errors on the voters’ list or your voter information letter, contact the Legislative Services Department to find out how you can make corrections.
Voting Period
The Town of Aylmer will will be offering online and telephone voting for the 2026 Municipal Election. Voting opens October 19th at 8:00am.
