2026 Capital Projects Spotlight: Outdoor Pool Upgrades

The Town of Aylmer is planning important upgrades to the outdoor pool as part of the 2026 Capital Projects program.

What Work Is Being Done?

This project will focus on improving how the pool works and keeping the water clean and safe for everyone. The upgrades will include improvements to the pool’s recirculation system, a new liner, and sealing and coating of the pool surfaces.

These changes will help keep the water clear and high quality, reduce water loss, and make the pool last longer. They will also help the pool run more efficiently.

How Will This Project Be Funded?

Funding for the project will come from transfers to the Parks & Recreation reserve.

The upgrades will help to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for swimmers.
