EECC Board - Imperial Hall Impacts Report - May 27, 2026

At its meeting of May 27, 2026, the East Elgin Community Complex Board of Management amended the agenda to remove Report EECC 11-26, Examination – Imperial Hall Impacts – Library Lease. The Board further resolved to revisit the matter at the discretion of the incoming Board once the new EECC agreement is in place, with additional direction to staff to be provided at that time.

The minutes reflect that, by removing the report from the agenda, the Board did not receive, endorse, verify, validate, nor debated the merits or findings of the report as originally circulated.
